Reply to Bob Lefsetz's Income Inequality 2

Mr. Lefsetz,
Ya know...I agree with almost everything you say in this diatribe against economic injustice, but I take exception with the comment "Take a stand. Against the baby boomers who remember Woodstock but want to relive it on DVD in mansions behind locked gates. ". 
I'm a fucking baby boomer. I even went to Woodstock, but I live in a fucking ghetto. Raised two college kids . (One with a masters in SOCIAL WORK and she can't find a job in this fucked up mess of a country. SOCIAL WORK.) They only locked thing around here is my fucking front door. And you're telling whoever the fuck is reading this to stand up against the likes of ME ? 
Come down off YOUR snow-covered Colorado peaks (which I have never been to, Bob). What the fuck is a VACATION ? Your heart is in the right place, methinks...but there are a whole lot more struggling boomers out here that don't have mansions, much less a fucking gate to lock. 

There are actually some of us that see YOU as one of the ELITES. You sir, hob-knob with the stars ! I don't suppose we'll be seeing YOU hitting the streets, but thanks for writing about it. The bat-shit crazy folks on the RIGHT need the guns to combat "wayward" administrations. The rest of us need guns to combat the top 1%. 
I could say that at gigs. If I want to lose the few jobs I can scrounge up these days. But, I am free to say it on Facebook and I do. On my personal account. Not on my musician/band page (where I include the disclaimer "Scott Sechman without the politics and curse words. There IS a God." . And I lose Republican "friends" because I engage in "class warfare". I've been preaching this stuff for YEARS. What took YOU so long ? 
The difference with us, Americans, and those folks in Tunisia is that people here are ashamed of being working class to the point they exaggerate their incomes. That dude in Tunisia ? His life was on the line. Our lives are, too....but we can only see it if we LOOK. We can't be bothered to look or properly evaluate what we SEE. 
Things have to get a lot worse before Americans will take to the streets in the numbers that will scare the living shit out of the Koch brothers. We ain't got the fucking balls. Why ? Try a couple of verses from this songwriter and think about what happened to HIM....and he was RICH:

"Keep you doped with religion and sex and TV 
And you think you're so clever and classless and free 
But you're still fucking peasants as far as I can see

 Yeah...maybe there's some kid out there with a guitar and an idea. But he doesn't have parents that lived through the Great Depression as kids. We had it too fucking easy. My adult kids, even as rough as their lives were, being poor, had it too fucking easy. 
Our savior probably hasn't been born yet. I'm stating to think his name is gonna be John Connor, for Christ's sake.
